Validating the schemas are same is hard to be done correctly (check https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/35675/files#r2228900506). The forward fix to unify the schemas (https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/35672) needs more time to be polished. Since this is not a regression and we also have the workaround (https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/35666#issuecomment-3109803276), we decided to remove this from the release blocker.
