[PR] Improve Iceberg pubsub Blueprint and documentation [beam]

   1. enhancing readme with the resistance points i faced while running 
blueprints
   2. Fixing pubsub_to_iceberg.yaml, iceberg streaming pipelines need to have 
triggering_frequency_seconds
   3. Use public pubsub example so that developers can test this blueprint 
easily.
