[PR] Add python map examples [beam]

   This PR adds a Python example for selecting a specific key from a map field
   in the "Maps" section of the programming guide.
   
   Previously, the section included examples for Java, but Python SDK users
   did not have a corresponding example.
   
   The added example demonstrates how to use beam.Select to access a specific
   key from a map field (e.g., "purchasesByType['electronics']").
   
   This improves consistency across SDKs and makes the documentation more
   helpful for Python users.
   
   No functional changes. Documentation update only.
