The py312 split is active now: PostCommit invoked `vllmDynamoTests` directly and submitted Dynamo Dataflow job `2026-06-16_13_55_22-6168421137050541361`. The job reached `JOB_STATE_RUNNING` but did not finish before the 4h GHA timeout, so Dynamo is no longer blocked behind native `vllmTests`; it appears to hang in `apache-beam-testing` as well.
