I checked the failed wheel job: the wheel built, auditwheel repair completed, and the result was copied out. The failure came afterward in cibuildwheel's Docker cleanup, where a container command timed out after 30 seconds. The 50 affected BigQuery streaming tests also pass locally. Could someone with rerun access retry [the failed wheel job](https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/runs/33788749169/job/100760886147)? My fork account cannot rerun upstream Actions.
