Fixes #40260 1. The Go harness never closes cached Data/State streams, so a long-lived process leaked connections and goroutines after each job. 2. When the runner had closed the stream, a send that got EOF also Recv'd and could deadlock with the read loop. ### What I did: - Close data/state channels when the harness exits - Don't Recv on the write path after Send EOF -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
