tosun-si opened a new pull request, #40268: URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/40268
Adds [Asgarde](https://github.com/tosun-si/asgarde) to the [3rd party Java extensions](https://beam.apache.org/documentation/sdks/java-thirdparty/) page, in the same format as the existing entries (summary, project page, license, download, code example). Asgarde is an open source (MIT) library for error handling and dead letter queues in Beam pipelines. It keeps the fluent style of the `apply` chain and gathers the failures of all the steps in a single `PCollection`, without writing tuple tags, `try/catch` blocks or `exceptionsInto`/`exceptionsVia` in every step. The documentation has no general page about error handling for the Java SDK, so this page seemed the right place to point users to it. The library is maintained and published on Maven Central (`fr.groupbees:asgarde`, current version 1.2.0). Beam is a `provided` dependency, and the CI runs the tests against the latest Beam release every week. It includes Kotlin extensions, has a Python version on PyPI, and a documentation site: https://tosun-si.github.io/asgarde/ ------------------------ - [ ] Mention the appropriate issue in your description (for example: `addresses #123`), if applicable. *Not applicable: documentation only change.* - [ ] Update `CHANGES.md` with noteworthy changes. *Not applicable: website change.* - [ ] If this contribution is large, please file an Apache [Individual Contributor License Agreement](https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf). *Not applicable: small documentation change.* 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
