Yes. We are in the process of deprecating the public APIs marked with the
`@Deprecated` annotation.
As a next step, we'll be flipping the flag to make GcsUtil V2 the default,
routing any existing public API calls to V2 under the hood. This means users
can switch between V1 and V2 without modifying their code right now.
We plan to completely remove the deprecated APIs in a future release, so
hopefully, this gives users plenty of time to migrate to the new API surface.
