Addresses: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/34705 This PR reduces log spam in the Java SDK harness by gracefully handling work and state requests that are intentionally cancelled by the runner. - Introduces `WorkCancelledException` to specifically identify when a runner cancels a work item. - Updates `BeamFnStateGrpcClientCache` to throw `WorkCancelledException` (instead of `IllegalStateException`) when a `StateResponse` returns an error reason of `CANCELLED`. - Modifies `BeamFnControlClient` to catch `WorkCancelledException` and log it at the `INFO` level rather than logging a full `ERROR` stack trace. - Modifies `PCollectionConsumerRegistry` to bypass `ERROR` logging and output sampling when `WorkCancelledException` is encountered. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
