Sure thing, I just add a deprecation notice to the doc and updated other places in the code examples to use `ReadFromBigQuery`, and I think that's all relevant to `BigQuerySource`. If I spot any other doc related places that needed to be updated, I will submit extra PRs. BTW, do I need to create a Jira ticket to associate with this?
