Updated the tests to be closer to the other ones using the interactive environment. If it improves anything, it would come from no longer holding onto and using a cleared environment. I've run some variant of py*-cloud tests a couple dozen times with no failures. *Edited since I realized there was potential to prevent the failures that were seen. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
