## Which issue does this PR close? - part of https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/23307 - related to https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/24102 ## Rationale for this change I want full end to end coverage of `IN` lists and their optimizations as sqllogictests, not just unit tests ## What changes are included in this PR? 1. Add SLT coverage for FixedSizeBinary arrays (to cover the specializations added in https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/24102) ## Are these changes tested?
