The tokenizer never treated a backslash as an escape inside a quoted identifier, but `EscapeQuotedString` assumed a quote after a backslash was already escaped. The rendered SQL was then unterminated, e.g. `SELECT "a\"""` displayed as `SELECT "a\""` and failed to re-parse.
