Hello @alamb and @haohuaijin I have thought a bit about this issue in the last few days... I believe that it is more about a design tradeoff and the actual solution is an acceptable compromise, in my opinion. If the related design aspects need to be reconsidered, perhaps this issue is not the right place. So, "alla fine della fiera" (at the end of the day) maybe it would be better to close this issue.
