## Which issue does this PR close? - Addresses an issue introduced in #25820 - Related to #25088, #25148 ## Rationale for this change #25820 added a test, `sort_after_group_by_reserves_shared_output_once`, which takes ~17 minutes when run under `force_hash_collisions`. This increased the runtime of the extended "hash collisions" job from 3-5 minutes to ~20 minutes, which slows down the merge queue and consumes CI resources. This PR disables the test under `force_collisions` mode. ## What changes are included in this PR? See above. ## What is the testing strategy for this PR?
