Rebased onto current main as a6451b8. The only conflict was in `natural_exception`, which no longer folds the backtrace into the message on main, so the hint is now applied directly to `exception.msg`; the test calls were updated for the new single-argument `classify`. `spill_limit_error_names_the_comet_config` passes locally, and clippy and rustfmt are clean.
