## Which issue does this PR close?
Closes #26645.
## Rationale for this change
`check_finiteness_requirements` used `{:?}` for the rejected operator, so
`SanityCheckPlan` errors dumped thousands of characters of `Debug` state. The
other errors in the same file already format plans for humans; this one should
too.
## What changes are included in this PR?
- Format the operator with `displayable(input).one_line()` (same shape as
`EXPLAIN`).
- Add a `limit.slt` `statement error` case that matches the readable message
prefix.
## Are these changes tested?
- New sqllogictest expectation in
`datafusion/sqllogictest/test_files/limit.slt`.
## Are there any user-facing changes?
Yes: clearer `SanityCheckPlan` error text when a pipeline-breaking operator
is used on an unbounded source.
