## Which issue does this PR close? - Part of https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/11502 ## Rationale for this change Keeping tests together with their code is a good thing and consistent with the rest of the DataFusion codebase At some point crate dependencies prevented the `LimitPushdown` tests from being in the same module. However, those dependency issues are now gone and we can move the tests back ## What changes are included in this PR? Move `LimitPushdown` tests to be in the same file as the code ## Are these changes tested? Yes, by CI <!-- We typically require tests for all PRs in order to: 1.
