Using `concat_ws` with an emply delimiter uses the first expr as the
delimiter.
### To Reproduce
`SELECT concat_ws('','a','b','c')`
`bac`
### Expected behavior
`SELECT concat_ws('','a','b','c')`
`abc`
### Additional context
