## What changes are included in this PR?
This pr adds some microbenchmarks to compare performance characteristics
between different compression codecs.
To make benchmark more realistic, I ran TPC-H SF10 with limited memory, and
made `RecordBatches` that resemble the data it spills on `AggregateExec`.
## TODO
Most TPC-H queries spills on `AggregateExec` or fails on `HashJoin` (since
by default tpc-h benchmark sets `prefer_hash_join` as true), while `SortExec`
is usually at the end of execution pipeline without less memory pressure.
Therefore, I need to add other benchmark cases based on `sort_tpch` to mimick
RecordBatches that are spilled during `SortExec`.
