Interesting, I was not aware that the same execution plan could be used multiple times. I guess we need to create a new DynamicFilterPhysicalExpr for each one. But there are also places (in optimizers mainly) where `ExecutionPlan::with_new_children` is called and (I think) we should preserve it.
