### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Implement https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/api/sql/index.html#array_repeat equivalent of spark. Datafusion already has an implementation of array_repeat. The difference between DF and spark implementation is the handling of NULL inputs.
