Right, im seeing the same problem, i have public repositories that i can acces but that doesnt show up on the dashboard. It seem to only affect projects that i recently added. One example of this is http://github.com/blomma/bigtrouble/tree/master, i can access it directly like this, but i doesnt show up on my dashboard.
