Merging must be done locally. You can cherry-pick online with the fork queue, but you should only use that for pulling in single commits, full branches should be done with a merge locally. If you have ruby, you might want to grab the github gem, it'll help you fetch forks for merging. http://github.com/defunkt/github-gem/tree/master
