So I tried this before and after I updated to 6.5

After I updated - It broke everything.

Making this fix BEFORE I updated had no problems.

I just made my account owner of the projects of the former deleted account
be editing the database table projects and column creator ID. Changing any
ID from deleted users to my user id (or 1 for admin if you want)

After that updating to 6.5 went smooth outside of having to create folders
for each user in repo's folder.
