Thanks Alex You are really superb. Its fixed your findings are absolutely perfect. The webserver is an unix machine and on this machine only we have issue and while cloning on other windows machine there is no problem with md5sum. While adding .gitattributes as specified the issue got fixed in nix systems... wonderful...
