I'm currently running gitlab version 6.5.5. on digital ocean (installed using one-click-image).
I can edit the config.yml to allow user signup with twitter/facebook from there. I've installed another instance of gitlab 7.3.2 to test the improvements, but cannot seem to find the options to allow signup. There seems to be no options for this in the /etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb and in the gitlab.yml options are not available.
