After installation on a new fresh installed Ubuntu 14.04 using Omnibus. I'm
keep getting this error with no solution.

Trying to restart/reinstall postresql does not help
# gitlab-ctl restart postgresql
timeout: down: postgresql: 0s, normally up, want up
Any ideas?
