Hi We are using Gitlab 7.4.2 CE. We have enabled LDAP for authentication.We are able to clone the repositories using git clone *http://username:password@serverip/git/reponame.git *. But when we try to use the private token for clone, it throws the error " *fatal: Authentication failed for 'http://gitlab-ci-token:<Private Token>@serverip/git/reponame.git/'* "
When we try " *curl http://serverip/api/v3/projects?private_token=<Private Token>* "* It replies*. Why we are not able not able to clone the repository using private tokens.
