The documentation for group permissions is really scarce at the moment so I'm trying to understand how this works experimentally, but I'm not making much progress.
What's the purpose of a group's owner_id ? I created some groups using the API, and their owner_id is set to myself. I don't have access to create projects in these groups. OTOH, groups created on the web UI don't have a owner_id set. When I create a project using the API shouldn't I be the group' owner?
