Is there anyway to create custom access levels or tweak what users can or cannot see and/or do based on their access level? For example on public projects I don't want users to be able to see details on other users for privacy reasons and I would love to be able to create a 'blind' group where they can access the project, see commits but just not see the names or info of those who committed or are on the project with them.
