Hey GitLabHQ, I'm very new to GitLab, and I've been asked to update a small team's GitLab CE installation. They're currently using GitLab 3.0.3, which I'm assuming is extremely outdated. I've installed (Omnibus) GitLab 7.10.0 on a virtual machine, and I'm hoping to at least be able to migrate the issue tracking data to the VM (in addition to the repos, of course). I don't suppose there's an easy explanation for how to do this, is there? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
