I found the problem to be that the MySQL database was not correctly migrated. I checked db/schema.rb and MySQL and found that they miss some new added attributes like `archived' and `visibility level' in projects table. That should be the reason I got the error. But I still can't figure out why the migration process did not go through(I did not get error when migrating).
