I am trying to install on a new Gitlab instance on ubuntu 14.04 VM per: https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/#ubuntu1404
The curl for "script.deb.sh" succeeds but the follow-on "sudo apt-get install gitlab-ce" fails. It seems packages.gitlab.com never delivers content. The process waits forever at 0%.
