We are having an interesting issue on two of our repos in GitLab. When we
run "git push" the usual info prints out about compressing, writing, etc,
but then the command never exits. It just sits there till we kill the task.

However, the git push actually worked and code is now up on GitLab. We
arent sure what the cause or change was that may have caused this. Our
other repos work just fine.

The only thing I could think of is that one of the repos is a subtree to
the other, but we have setup in other repos right now without issue. And
the issue is still present with the removal of the subtree.

We aren't really sure what is causing this.

Here are our current running versions:

GitLab 7.14.3

GitLab Shell 2.6.5

GitLab API v3

Ruby 2.1.6p336

Rails 4.1.11

Note that other commands like "git pull" all seem to work just fine. I also
tailed the logs and did pushes from the broken repo and a good repo but
couldnt see a difference in the logs.
