It looks to me that every project owner can add his project to CI in
Gitlab 8.0 and that any project owner can register CI workers, possibly
shared ones.
Is that correct?
I am investigating the potential issues of upgrading our gitlab instance
from 7.14 to 8.0 right now.
New features in Gitlab are appealing but the new CI feature, really
great IMHO if it can be enabled or disabled by the admin, looks like a
big problem for me if it is available by default to all our users
(students in my case).
