Hi, I'm running Gitlab CE 8.6.0. When I git checkout one of its wikis and run gollum in its directory locally, both subpages (e.g., _header.ext, _sidebar.ext) and macros (e.g., <<AllPages()>>, <<GlobalTOC()>>) work. But when I push to my gitlab's instance of the wiki, the subpages don't display (I can view them manually with a URL ending /projectname/wikis/_header, but they don't display as part of the other pages) and the macros are rendered just as '<>'.
Is there a way to enable these within Gitlab?
