Online Discussion on Freedom of the Media and Communication Rights The UNICT Task Force and UNDP are co-hosting on-line discussions leading up to the WSIS. These discussions reviewing the role of ICT in development will provide important feedback to decision makers at the Summit by sourcing input from a wide range of stakeholders working on ICT issues.
