Does anyone have experience or information regarding the use of satellites to deliver educational content to central or western China? I know its a long shot, but wonder if there might be bandwidth on a commercial satellite for development or distance education efforts. I seem to recall sometime ago the deployment of low earth orbiting - LEO satellites for developing country communications?
