1) What innovative ICT and business development policies can a government in an emerging economy adopt to build and sustain a thriving SME's driven ICT sector? (in a country where there is none) 2) Are there examples from other emerging economies, and especially involving women and youth ? 3) How can you create a linkage between local SME's and large corporations?
