Dear GKD Members,

The Italian Ministry for Public Administration, in cooperation with
Fondazione Politecnico di Milano (Foundation of Technical University of
Milan) is carrying on a project on "e-Gov competences as a key to e-Gov
success". The project aims at developing a local reference competence
framework, required to support both the implementation of e-Government
actions and the management of related organizational changes.

E-gov organizations and key projects will be analysed for the following
countries: Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.

We would be most grateful to you if you could help us by sharing with us
your knowledge and your experience in the e-Government field.

At this phase of the project we ask for two kinds of cooperation:

1) Questionnaire on e-Government skills and policies at a general level
for your country; please fill in the questionnaire online at this
address:

<http://www.fondazionepolitecnico.it/pagine/pagina.aspx?ID=e-government001>

2) Survey on successful e-Government projects (at both the local and
national level); please answer the questions below and send it to:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

At the end of the project, summary results will be sent upon request to
those who have responded.

We thank you in advance for your time and collaboration.

Please feel free to contact us for any clarification or to discuss any
themes related to the subject.

Best regards,

Eugenio Capra
