[Glade-devel] Hello world

Hello,   Have started to use Glade and have spent a day trying to get a "HELLO WORLD" program to work without success.  Have done lots of C and C++ programming in the past, have done lots of Borland C++ Builder, Delphi and Pascal but have never struggled so much with such a simple program, and there are no help files and the info on the web is difficult to follow.  A few idiot proof starting tips would be highly appreciated.   Many thanks,   Pete
