No. I think the long term plan is to move away from generating source code
altogether and use something like libglade to create interface elements
dynamically.

Of course, people are free to write external code generators that use
Glade's XML files and output whatever they like.

We plan on turning Glade into a set of Bonobo components so that it can
be used within any IDE.

Though I wouldn't mind a simple editor being available within Glade itself,
for GTK+-only environments. The first thing to do for this is to rewrite
the Signals page of the property editor to be more like VB/Delphi, with
a little '...' button after each signal that you click to open the editor.
(We need this for the Bonobo stuff as well.)
