that's an old reference : does some one use and work with dev-c++ for windows ?
I used too ... but it's a long time and I can't nowadays !
I happen to be the creator of the GTK 2 packages for Dev-C++, Though I'm not maintaining them anymore.
I used to use Tor Lillqvist's win32 binaries: www.gimp.org/win32
It was just a matter of putting the DLLs, .lib, .def and .h files in the right folder.
