Hey Rodrigo,

I was meaning to reply last week about helping with guidance and
connections, but didn't want to be presumptuous/create confusion about
transitioning into my new role as GLAM-Wiki Strategist. [1]

As you document projects: please do keep me in the loop. When I was working
with the Wikipedia Library, I tried to refine a slightly better process for
making case studies reusable for other communities (still working on that)
[2]. We may be able to create something that is very relevant for other
communities working in the Ibercoop/Emerging communities context as you
continue to build successes.

As you run into challenges, I would particularly recommend joining the
private cultural-partners mailing list[3]. The cultural partners list is a
closed list for Wikimedians working in the GLAM-Wiki space, to help talk
through challenges and unannounced partnerships. There you can ask more
candid questions, and you will find a number of the more experienced folks
in GLAM-Wiki.

Cheers,

Alex Stinson
