We sure need both navigation aid and cross-language overview.
I think if you want to reach non-english speakers it would be good to also
use
Wikimedia Forum as it has automatic google translation.
Personally I can help with some localizations and would encourage others,
as well as with functionality + design (nice color choices ;-)...
Where is the best place to give you feedback on functionality and code? On
