info on genfft in nofib

Hi folks.  I was wondering where the genfft program in nofib comes
from, and whether it is documented anywhere.  I am writing a paper
about an armor-plated FFT generator that I wrote in Caml (see
http://theory.lcs.mit.edu/~fftw), and I would like to reference your
genfft properly.
