mkdependHS (again)

Hello again,


Please ignore my previous email. When used properly
mkdependHS *does* indeed recognise dependencies in
happy input files. The reason why it didn't work for
me was because I didn't have a *.ly argument in my
makefile.

Sorry for the confusion.
