Sorry, I appear indeed to have omitted the net libraries from the package.
How embarrassing. I'm fixing the situation as we speak, and I'll make an
announcement as soon as I've uploaded a new InstallShield with the libraries
included.
As a very short term fix, you can compile statically with profiling, because
the profiling net library *is* in the current InstallShield package.
Sorry about that.
