ghc-6.8.3 builds fine, and 6.10.3 builds from it, so maybe this is just a
matter of changing the comments at
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/download_ghc_6_10_3.html (and related pages) to
say it requires version 6.8 instead of 6.6 to compile?
